Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 522 platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered members, and premium users. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 522 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or inaccurate information at registration may result in your account being suspended or closed without refund of any existing balance.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials secure. 522 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your account details. You are required to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account through the available support channels.

  • One account per user — multiple accounts are not permitted
  • Registration details must be accurate and verifiable
  • Passwords must be unique and must not be shared
  • Report any suspicious activity immediately

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users of the 522 platform agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws. Any unlawful use — including fraud, money laundering, or activities that harm other users — is strictly prohibited.

The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised means to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or disrupt platform systems may result in legal action in addition to account termination.

Users are also prohibited from distributing content that is offensive, threatening, sexually explicit, or that infringes third-party rights through any communication channel provided on the platform. 522 reserves the right to take action, including account termination, against any user found to be in violation of these rules.

Payment & Transaction Information MYR

All transactions on the 522 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a variety of local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank, and CIMB Clicks, for the convenience of Malaysian users.

Successful deposits are credited to your account upon transaction confirmation. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and may range from a few seconds to several minutes. 522 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the policies and limits in effect at the time of the request. Users are responsible for ensuring that their bank account or e-wallet details are accurate. Withdrawals that fail due to incorrect information provided by the user may be subject to an administrative fee.

All claimed bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements and conditions specified in their respective promotional terms. Failure to meet rollover requirements may result in the cancellation of the bonus without notice.
